Omer Arbel was born in Jerusalem in 1976 and moved with his family to Canada when he was 13 years old. It was in the « country of maple » that the designer completed his architectural studies in the 90s, in Ontario more precisely. After graduating, Omer Arbel was able to work alongside Catalan architects such as Enric Miralles as well as Canadian architects such as John and Patricia Patkau. In 2005, Omer Arbel decided to join forces with Randy Bishop to create the now prestigious brand, specializing in the creation of lighting : BOCCI.
